| Commercial Kimberton, PA |
> Betzwood Associates is working with RE/MAX Main Line to
design their new branch location in Kimberton, PA. The existing historical building is a circa
1850 Farm House, that was renovated in the early 1990's for commercial use. RE/MAX main Line
acquired the historic building and is looking to increase the square footage, while maintaining
the historic integrity. The Project is currently in the approval phase with local and historic committee.
Completion is expected in the Fall of 2006.

| Municipal Edison Township, NJ |
> Currently under construction, Betzwood's third project for Edison Township, NJ was to renovate and remodel the Township's Municipal Complex. The 12,500 square feet of space on the 2 nd level was re-evaluated for a Mayor's suite, Administrative Offices, Conference Rooms, Press Room, and Local TV Studio. A crucial factor to this design was the element of security and sound attenuation. Scheduled for completion Spring 2006.

| Residential Chincoteague Island, VA |
> Betzwood was awarded the design of 19 residential units situated on Chincoteague Island, VA. Kissed by the bright island sun and cooled by sea breezes the Pony Pines development will be comprised of 19 residential units. The project is currently in the zoning approval process.

| Municipal Washington County, MD |
> Betzwood was awarded a feasibility study and evaluation for Washington County Maryland's relocation of the Emergency Operations and Training Center. In early February 2006, the Study was complete and presented to the Commissioners of Washington County where it was approved.

| Commercial / Residential Royersford, PA |
> Recently completed, the renovation of the old dilapidated Needleworks Factory in Royersford, PA became the 2005 recipient of the Main Line Builders award for Best Commercial Project. The shell of the structure was modified to accommodate +/-12,600 square feet of Retail Space and 45 High-End Apartment Units. Each of the new Units demonstrates the history of the old factory through the use of existing features such as the soaring windows and high volume spaces.

> Upon completion of the Montclair 911 Emergency Center, Betzwood was awarded a second design renovation of the Police Administration Area, to be completed by Summer 2006.

> Betzwood is currently designing (2) townhome developments for Phoenix Mobile. One will be a 3 unit design situated on a small lot in Phoenixville, PA while the second development will consist of 151 townhomes in New Holland, PA.

> Once again, Betzwood teamed up with Phoenix Performance and designed a new 16,000 square foot facility which will house an automobile showroom, garage and storage facility for the “Phoenix Performance Race Team”. Phased construction to be completed Fall 2006 and Winter 2007.
